We understand that sometimes life changes, and rehoming a beloved pet becomes necessary. That’s why our Rehoming Assistance service is here—to take the stress out of the process and ensure your gerbils finds a safe, loving, and well-prepared home with an experienced adopter.

With this service, you can surrender your gerbils directly to us, and we’ll handle everything from there. We carefully screen adopters to ensure they have the right setup, knowledge, and commitment to provide the best care. Whether your gerbils need a companion or a fresh start, we prioritize responsible, ethical rehoming so you can have peace of mind.

How It Works:

If you need to rehome your gerbils, please reach out to us! We can accept gerbils that meet the following conditions:

✅ Availability: We have space available to house them until adopted.
✅ Healthy: They pass a health screening conducted by us on site.
✅ Secure: They arrive in an escape-proof container for transport.
✅ Housing: They come with a glass tank & lid or a $40 fee applies.*

*We ask that you provide an aquarium tank with a secure metal screen lid for your gerbil, as this will go with them to their new home. If you are unable to provide a tank and lid, the $40 surrender fee applies so we can purchase one for them.

🚨 For the safety of all our animals, we cannot accept sick gerbils. If your gerbil is unwell, please seek veterinary care first. Once they are healthy, we are happy to reconsider.
